Is there a minimum gallon amount I need to purchase monthly?
Whether you buy 10 gallons a month or 100,000 gallons a month, it doesn’t matter to us. We service customers ranging from small ambulance companies to large freight companies. We also understand that businesses have busy periods and slow periods, so you’re never expected to purchase a minimum amount. Just purchase fuel as you need it.
How can I assign my fleet cards?
You can assign your fleet cards to the driver or the vehicle. If you assign your fuel cards to the driver, the card always stays with the driver. If you assign the card to the vehicle the card always stays in the vehicle and we assign every driver their own pin number that can activate any card so you always know which driver is fueling which vehicle. There are also some other customizations that you can chat about with our fleet fueling specialist when you setup your account.
How long does it take to get my account setup?
The initial credit process takes on average 3-5 days to complete. After an account is approved, we can create your fuel cards and ship them out within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get a replacement fuel card?
We aim to send out all replacement cards within the same working day that they are requested.
Can I combine the Voyager fleet card and the CFN fleet card on the same account?
Yes! Our accounting software can pull together all transactions from both cards to one single organized invoice so you can always take advantage of the best card for the specific area you are in.
How does C NRG Fleet make money?
We make a percentage from the merchant for sending our customers to buy their fuel at their stations. We also sell fuel directly at our company owned and operated commercial fuel stations.
