- Do you have fraud protection?

- Do you have 24/7 online access to your account?
- Can you track mpg’s by vehicle?
- Can you run and download comprehensive reports?
- Do you have a live customer service support team?
- Are you NOT paying any fees?
- Do you receive an electronic fuel invoice?
- Do your drivers have access to commercial fuel stations?
- Do your drivers have access to truck stops?
- Do your drivers have access to retail locations?
If you can say YES to all of these questions, you are doing great! If not, you have some improvements to make.
