Your Voyager Channel Partner (card issuer) will give you a form to fill out with key account information and upon submission of the form they will give you access to Fleet Commander Online.

Go to Voyager’s Fleet Commander Online and click on the login link on the left hand side of the page. Enter your user ID, and password provided by Voyager.
