Keep in mind that each Voyager channel partner will completely service your account which means channel partners will differ in customer service, pricing, and fees. Voyager channel partners are fuel card companies that often offer multiple types of fuel card options in addition to the Voyager fuel card.

Each Voyager channel partner will have their own credit application that will require general business information to apply for the Voyager fuel card.

Most accounts are approved in 2-3 business days. Once approved the Voyager channel partner will send you a fuel card order form to set up your cards. When the Voyager fuel card order form is completed, it takes 24-48 hours to set up the account and ship the cards. Standard shipping is roughly 3-10 business days depending on where you are located in the county.

Overall the whole process takes 5-15 business days from the time you apply for the Voyager fuel card to receive the cards.
