The best way to cardlock fuel stations with def at the pump is to use the CFN Site Locator.

How To Purchase Def At The Pump
Def can be purchased with a company fuel card, credit card or cash at most truck stops and retail gas stations. At cardlock fuel stations you will need a cardlock fuel card that is accepted at that specific location.
