How to track Onsite Tank Fuel Use with Fuel Cloud

One would think that the easiest fuel purchase to record would be one made from your own tank, but as many companies have realized that simply is not the case. Often times, companies with their own fuel pumps rely on their drivers to record purchases. Which indelibly leads to all sorts of different errors, as drivers make incorrect recordings, lose the recordings they made or forget to make one at all.
