Who are we?

C NRG is a wholesale fueling company that offers fuel cards for companies that have needs for a streamlined fueling system. They are issued invoices on a regular basis and these invoices provide an efficient process compared to having keep track of their driver’s receipts and be constantly handling reimbursements. This lowers the rates of mishandling, mistakes, and abuse within their company.

We strive to provide outstanding service to our customers with integrity and pride! C NRG also has 8 fueling stations, 6 in Texas and 2 in California. We are a small team that works hard and encourages one another in excellence and we are looking for someone to join our team!

What You Will Do?

• Responds to customer inquiries, requests via phone and other communication methods
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers
•  Complete order entry and processing
• Resolve product and service issues
• Accurately process fuel card work up forms and input data
• Maintain & Monitor relationships with current customers
• Perform clerical and administrative support to ensure clear communication

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient & professional while providing excellent customer service
• Able to work alone, in groups, and or determine when appropriate, to lead
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Have a positive, welcoming, and friendly attitude
• Highly organized, with attention to detail
• Have the ability to document & implement updated procedures
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Google Docs, Mail Servers & Search Engines
• Follow Current SOPs, and assist with streamlining in-house office functions
• Complete simple math computations
• Proficient in typing: 60 WPM min

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE CRITERIA

•  College preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must
• Experience with Sage Software is a plus
